Consultation (Free of charge)
If you have concerns such as “Property management is not going so well”, “I am not so familiar with real estate”, “I want to switch management companies”, “I don’t want to deal with all of the paper work”, please feel free to consult with us! We will walk you through the processes and provide you with a solution!

Property Management Agreement
Once we agree on the terms of managing your property, we will move onto signing the contract. If there has been a previous property management company, we will move onto the transition process after all procedures regarding the contract are done.

Start of managing your property
Once we are in charge of managing the property, there will be a monthly deposit from rent. We will update property owners with important information such as changes in the conditions of rent, or when the property needs repairs. Apart from that, we will be handling most of the work!
